Q. How do I rent a Bouncer/Water Slide?

A. Just give us a call at (602) 476-1267 and we will check to make sure we can reserve one for you at the Date & Time you request.

Q. When should I call to reserve for my next Party?

A. Calling to reserve a Bouncer/Water slide should be 3-5 weeks before your party. This will ensure you get the exact Bouncer/Water Slide you want.

Q. Can I call and get one the next day?

A. Maybe…Calling ahead of time will get you the equipment of your choice but if you need one the next day we might be able to get you one but it might not be the one you want, if others have called ahead of time and reserved it but you never know unless you try!

Q. How do we pay?

A. We have lots of options for payment. We will accept Cash, Money Orders, Personal Checks and even PayPal.

Q. When do we pay?

A. You must pay before the equipment is set up. We will show up with your fun, collect payment or you can pay ahead of time with Paypal and then we will get your Party started.

Q. What if it Rains?

A. For everyone’s safety, if it rains prior to your party (24 hours before and up until we setup) we will have to either reschedule or cancel your reservation at no cost to you. If we set up and it starts to rain after, there will be no refunds. No exceptions.
